Unwind this fall and prepare yourself for a cozy winter by truly slowing down. With nature as a guide, you’re invited to let things go and reconnect within via yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement.* Guided meditation and journaling practices deepen your journey.

 

You’ll have ample time to rest, read, and wander the woods–or whatever your heart desires. Individual Reiki sessions for each attendee are an added treat.

Come join us in the stunning natural beauty and quiet of this unique mountain sanctuary. Shrine Mont is a step back to a slower-paced time, with its quaint, clapboard houses and homestyle southern cuisine. (Chefs also accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free diets).

Lisen (RYT 200) has been leading retreats at Shrine Mont since 2019. She is a yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, and holistic health coach based in Harrisonburg, VA. This fall retreat is her absolute favorite to facilitate!
