During our weekend retreat\, we’ll talk straight about our experiences of cancer and our experiences of God in the wilderness. In conversations\, creative expressions\, and worship\, we’ll explore the biblical tradition of lamentation\, discovering how our grief tills the barren ground in which hope and praise can take root and grow. Prayers of healing and hope will frame our weekend and bind us close to the beating heart of God. \n  \n \n  \nLed by Bishop Susan Goff who is thriving after walking the wilderness of breast cancer during the pandemic\, while she was leading the Diocese of Virginia.
